What's Superdano?
Superdano is an on-chain interactive 3D NFT within the Cardano ecosystem. Superdano allows you to mint fully customizable 3D SuperShapes as NFTs. Play with 8 different settings to design your ShapeShape and mint when you are satisfied with it. Superdano doesn't use IPFS for storage. All data is directly stored on the blockchain forever. The NFT is also fully interactive and allows users to change camera position and view angle using their cursor (and touch gestures on mobile devices).
Important: Superdano doesn't use any 3D model file (like most 3D NFTs). Superdano is procedurally generated and rendered on-chain using JavaScript & WebGL code. It shouldn't be confused for a simple 3D model NFT.

What are SuperShapes?
SuperShapes, also known as Superformula, is a mathematical formula introduced by Johan Gielis that can generate a wide variety of complex shapes and patterns. It extends the concept of traditional shapes by introducing additional parameters, allowing for a more flexible and versatile set of geometric forms.
What are 3D ShapeShapes?
3D SuperShapes take this concept into three-dimensional space, allowing the generation of intricate and unique 3D shapes. By manipulating the parameters of the Superformula in three dimensions, you can create visually striking and diverse three-dimensional structures, making it a popular tool in computer graphics, art, and design. The beauty of SuperShapes lies in their ability to produce an endless array of shapes, ranging from organic and natural forms to highly abstract and complex structures.
Superformula takes in 6 parameters: a, b, m, n1, n2, n3. a & b are scaling factors and aren't that important. Two 2D supershapes are used to create one 3D supershape. You can learn more about the math behind supershapes here.
